Workplace 2.0 (the "App") is an internal workplace application provided by LITEON Technology Corporation and its affiliates ("LITEON", "we", "us", or "our") for use by LITEON employees and authorized personnel. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Note for reviewers: The App is intended for LITEON employees and authorized users only. It is not a consumer-facing service and is not available for general public sign-up.

2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the App and provide its workplace features.
2.1 Information you provide or that comes from your employment
- Identity and account data: your corporate account (Microsoft Entra ID), employee ID, name, email address, and organizational information (department, work location, job role).
- Human-resources data shown or submitted through in-app features, such as attendance records, resignation applications, internal referral records, and related approval or status information.
- Content you upload, such as photos, images, documents, or audio you choose to attach when using a feature.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Authentication tokens issued by Microsoft Entra ID to keep you signed in.
- Device and diagnostic data, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, network state, and error/crash logs used to keep the App reliable and secure.
- Push notification identifiers used to deliver work-related notifications.
2.3 Biometric data
If you enable biometric unlock (fingerprint or Face ID), the App uses your device's built-in biometric system. Your biometric data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to or stored by LITEON. The App only receives a success/failure result from the operating system.
3. Device permissions and why we use them
The App requests the following permissions. Each is used only for the stated purpose, and where required you are prompted before access.

You can change or revoke most permissions at any time in your device settings. Disabling a permission may limit related features.
4. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Authenticate you and secure access to the App;
- Provide workplace features (e.g., attendance inquiry, resignation, internal referral) and display your HR information;
- Process submissions and route approvals within LITEON systems;
- Send work-related notifications;
- Maintain security, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot problems;
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and internal-policy obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal data.
5. How we share your information
Your information is processed within LITEON and shared only as needed to operate the App:
- Within LITEON (e.g., HR, IT, and the relevant approvers) to deliver the requested workplace functions;
- Service providers that support the App under contract, including Microsoft (Microsoft Entra ID for authentication and related cloud services) and push-notification infrastructure;
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of LITEON, its employees, or others.
Where data is transferred across borders (for example, to group companies or cloud regions), we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the App and to meet LITEON's legal, HR, and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Retention periods for HR records are governed by LITEON's internal records-retention policies and applicable law.
7. Data security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), token-based authentication, optional biometric unlock, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because most data originates from your employment relationship, some requests are handled through LITEON HR. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details in Section 1.
9. Children's privacy
The App is intended solely for LITEON employees and authorized users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or other appropriate channels, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
